Who is responsible for your data
Aldomanyk, a brand of CODALMO - COMÉRCIO E SERVIÇOS (SU), LDA, NIF 5002745240, with its registered office in Benguela, Angola. For any question about your data, write to dia@aldomanyk.com.
What data we collect
- When you request a Diagnostic: the email you enter in the form, the page and the form you sent it from and, if you arrived through one of our ads or links, the campaign you came from. The service that delivers the form also receives your IP address and browser type.
- Only if you accept cookies: site usage data collected by Google Analytics, such as the pages you view, the buttons you click, your device type and your approximate city. We do not collect your name this way.
What we use it for
- To reply to your request and prepare the Diagnostic.
- To understand which pages and campaigns work, so we can improve them.
We do not sell your data or use it for any other purpose.
Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give by sending the form and, for analytics, by accepting cookies, under Law no. 22/11 of 17 June, the Personal Data Protection Law (Lei da Protecção de Dados Pessoais). You can withdraw your consent at any time: when you click “Decline” in the cookie preferences, we stop measuring and delete the Google Analytics cookies from your browser.
Who else processes the data
- Cloudflare (Workers): receives the request you send in the form and delivers it to our email. It keeps no copy.
- Email provider: Cloudflare (Email Routing), which forwards messages to Gmail (Google), where we receive and store the requests sent to dia@aldomanyk.com.
- Google Analytics (Google): measures site usage, only if you accept cookies.
- Google Fonts (Google): provides the site's typeface and receives your device's IP address when you open the page.
- Site hosting: Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages), which serves the site and tells us the country you visit from.
These services may process data outside Angola.
How long we keep it
- Diagnostic requests: up to 12 months after the last contact, or until you ask us to delete them.
- Google Analytics data: 14 months, as set in the Google Analytics account.
Cookies
We only use analytics cookies if you click “Accept”.
_gaand_ga_*(Google Analytics): tell visits apart, for up to 2 years.consent(the browser's local storage): remembers your choice about cookies.lang(cookie and the browser's local storage, 1 year): remembers the language you chose on the site (PT or EN), so we don't send you to the other one.geo(cookie, 1 day): the code of the country you visit from (for example, AO), given by our host (Cloudflare) from your IP address, to open the site in the right language. We don't store the IP address.utm(session storage, cleared when you close the tab): keeps the campaign you came from, so it can be attached to your request if you send the form. It is sent to us if you send the form and, if you accept cookies, it also goes to Google Analytics.
You can change your choice under “Cookie preferences”, at the bottom of every page.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, for it to be corrected or deleted, and you can object to its processing. Write to dia@aldomanyk.com. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Agência de Protecção de Dados (APD), Angola's data protection authority.
